Custom Industrial Furnaces for Your Process
What Makes GFO Industrial Furnaces Stand Out?
Our furnaces are tailored to your specific processes, achieving exceptional efficiency, unbeatable durability, and operating temperatures of up to 600°C. Thanks to our flexibility in adapting to your product requirements, we ensure precise temperature control and homogeneous airflow. In addition to a wide range of standard options, custom developments for unique requirements are common practice. Added control features make our furnaces user-friendly, ranging from simple operation to fully automated systems. We ensure your furnace meets your demands in every aspect.
Along with selecting the primary heating system, we offer the option to equip your industrial furnace with a secondary heating method for redundancy or additional support. Convective heating systems include electric, gas, thermal oil, hot water, or saturated steam. Infrared or UV radiators enable rapid and efficient treatment of your components to achieve desired properties. A well-designed overall concept, tailored to your usable space, ensures a safe and sustainable process.
Efficiency of your industrial furnace
Precise process control and the efficient use of energy are crucial for the performance of our industrial furnaces. Our furnaces are designed to minimize energy losses and, through effective exhaust heat recovery, reintegrate the energy back into the process.
With high-quality insulation and durable seals, we ensure an energy-efficient system with high operational efficiency and a long service life.
Efficiency Factors
Energy-intensive circulating air dryers are often used for drying/hardening. A key factor for energy efficiency is, among other things, the design of the material openings:
"Save lock" (blowing a partial flow of circulating air at the workpiece openings):
This is suitable for low drying temperatures and small material openings.
Circulating air-operated airlocks effectively hold the warm air in place. The effectiveness depends on the structural conditions. However, some of the energy savings are lost in the drives of the lock fans.
A-locks (goods entry and exit from below) are the best solution from an energy standpoint, but require sufficient room height.
Sliding doors (only in cyclic operation!) are also an energy-efficient solution. Closing workpiece openings with doors makes sense only if there is sufficient time between the incoming and outgoing workpieces. Cycle time and transport speed are crucial.
